With products to suit so many models including Ford, Nissan, Toyota and more, TrailBait is known for easy self-install products across many makes and models. Please check the product descriptions on our website when you are making your selections to ensure your vehicle type is listed. What is the cost of shipping?

At TrailBait, your shipment is as valuable to us as if it were our own. That’s why we only send your goods using a combination of TNT and Australia Post to ensure your goods get to you as fast as possible. The cost of your shipping is affected by the weight of your order and the distance it has to travel. Our system will calculate your shipping cost once you move through the online checkout and you will have the ability to review your shipping cost before payment processing.

How long will shipping take?

Shipping times will depend on the distance that is required to be travelled from our warehouse in New South Wales, Australia.

How do I track my shipment?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link, where you can keep track of your shipment right up until final delivery at your registered address. We can be contacted at any time if you have any concerns regarding delivery times or order updates.

What guarantees do you provide?

If these products do not fit your vehicle as expected, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund, provided the installation follows our guidelines.
