Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Domestic Shipping Policy
This Domestic Shipping Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipping and delivery of products purchased from TrailBait Offroad ("Company") within Australia. By placing an order on our website or through any other means, you ("Customer") agree to comply with the terms set forth in this Policy.
- Shipping Methods and Timelines
a. The Company offers various shipping methods for domestic orders, which may include but are not limited to standard ground shipping, expedited shipping, and express shipping.
b. The estimated delivery timeframes provided during the checkout process are based on typical delivery schedules and are not guaranteed.
c. Once an order is placed, the Company will make all reasonable efforts to process and ship the products within a timely manner. - Shipping Address
a. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including the correct delivery address, during the checkout process.
b. In the event that the Customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the Company will not be held responsible for any resulting delays or non-delivery of the order. - Order Processing and Tracking
a. Upon placing an order, the Customer will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of the purchase.
b. Once the order has been shipped, the Customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.
c. The Customer may track the progress of their order by using the provided tracking number or by contacting the Company's customer support team. - Shipping Restrictions

b. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to the Customer's absence or any other reason, the carrier may leave a delivery notice or make additional delivery attempts as per their policies.
c. The Customer is responsible for contacting the carrier or following their instructions to arrange for re-delivery or pick-up of the package within the carrier's specified timeframe. - Non-Delivery or Lost Packages
a. In the event that a package is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe or is lost during transit, the Customer should notify the Company's customer support team.
b. The Company will investigate the matter and work with the carrier to resolve any delivery issues. If necessary, a replacement order may be arranged at the Company's discretion. - Damaged or Defective Products
a. If a product is received by the Customer in a damaged or defective condition, the Customer should notify the Company's customer support team within a reasonable timeframe.
b. The Company may require photographic evidence or additional information to initiate the return and replacement process.
c. The Company reserves the right to inspect the product upon its return and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a refund, replacement, or repair. - Changes to Shipping Policy

The bracket system is cleverly engineered so that it mounts to existing points on the body.
This means that there is no cutting or drilling required. The only tools required for the job are screw drivers, a 12mm & 13mm socket, and a 13mm spanner.
The wiring is also a piece of cake. The kit includes a plug & play high beam adaptor, so no soldering or cutting is needed. It also has a complete wiring loom, so that there is no additional components required.
Does this affect air flow? The TrailBait light bar bracket spaces the light at the front of the grille cavity, so there is enough space for air to flow around and behind it. This means that there will not be any 'hot spots' on the radiator or intercooler. Here is a real customer review: "I've got a 21.5 inch light behind my grille and using the torque pro app there was no difference in temps from before to now.. either at speed or stopped in traffic."
Getting a bull bar? If you want to get a kit while you wait for your bull bar to arrive, we will offer $100 trade-in for the light bar bracket once you are done with it. This means that you can keep the light wired up and install it on your bull bar.

Steps
- 00:25 Take out the clips holding the upper grille in place, and remove the upper grille.
- 00:40 Remove the two bolts from the vertical support.
- 00:55 Remove the black clip at the base of the cavity, on each side.
- 01:05 Fit your supplied lightbar mounting brackets to your Trailbait brackets as shown.
- 01:20 Install into position. Line up the holes in the bracket with the holes in the horizontal support.
- 01:35 Push the T-Bolt through from behind, at each end hole. Attach 13mm nyloc nut & large washer to the T-Bolt. Partially tighten.
- 01:45 Refit bolts removed in step 2, ensuring they feed through the holes in the TrailBait bracket.
- 02:00 Ease the light into position. Take care with the bigger light bars, as these are a tight fit.
- 02:20 Attach the piggyback wiring loom by unplugging the plug behind the headlight, and reattaching each end to the loom.
- 02:32 Thread lead from the light into the engine bay. Attach the light plug and piggyback connector to the main wiring harness.
- 02:48 Attach the main harness to the battery terminals. Bundle the excess wire in the recess behind the headlight and secure it with a cable tie.
- 03:12 Set the beam angle of the light bar and tighten side bolts. Refit upper grille and cover removed in Step 1.
- 03:40 Detach the switch wire from the main harness at the screw plug.
